When I grab my walking shoes and leashes, my dogs dance their way to the door.  Going for a walk is one of their favorite activities.  And it's mine too!  I love the connection I feel when my dogs and I are exploring the world together, and we are working together as a team.
 
When I watch people out walking their dogs, I see a lot of people who are just trying to hold on to their dogs.  Their dogs are dragging them down the path, and there is little communication and almost zero teamwork.  This makes me sad because I know it doesn't have to be this way.  It IS possible to teach them how to walk at your pace, to pay attention to you because they WANT to (not because you are forcing them), and to enjoy your walk.  It's what I have, and it's what I want you to have as well.

I've spent 10+ years as a dog trainer helping people with their dogs; I have taught dogs of all ages and sizes how to walk with their guardians.  Once my students learn my system their whole outlook on walking with their dog changes.  They go from guilt and dread to joy and anticipation.  I created this course to help everyone who shares their life with a dog have this transformation in their life.

Your instructor, Jennifer, has built a very successful dog training business from the ground up.  I have over 15 years of experience working with dogs and over 11 years of teaching group classes specializing in great family dogs.  That experience is invaluable in guiding you to understand your dog.  I am passionate about teaching people to base their relationship on a foundation of understanding, love, and mutual trust.
